The parcel pictured was a Progress Energy substation located on a 324,500 square foot tract of land with a 37,090 square foot taking resulting in a bifurcated remainder parcel. All nine parcels were acquired for the appraised value. Surgical CenterChurch and Academy with proposed GymnasiumThis assignment involved the appraisal of the existing 17,726 square foot West Oaks Community Church and Academy and a proposed 22,640 square foot basketball gym and classroom addition located at 8642 A.D. Mims Road, Orlando, Florida. This property was located on a 23.9 acres site and had excess land which was also valued as part of the assignment. RedTail Golf course and Residenital DevelopmentAppraisal of the 18 hole RedTail Golf Course and Country Club property and 205 vacant lots located within the RedTail residential community (A Heathrow Land development), located on CR 46A near Sorrento, Florida. Appraisal Problem was to estimate lots sales, golf play and membership in a declining market for home sales. |
