The Principal Robert R. Risner, MAI


Since 1980, I have served as a real estate consultant and financial analyst, specializing in appraisal, feasibility and operations analysis of real estate projects to a wide variety of clients including developers, lending institutions, pension fund advisers and public agencies throughout the state of Florida. My background includes 6 years with the International Accounting firm of Laventhal and Horwath CPSs as a Supervisor in the Management Advisory Services Department (Miami office) and four years with the Orlando appraisal firm of Clayton Roper and Marshall.  I also have 10 years experience as the Chief Review Appraiser for the Seminole County Attorneys Office in the property acquisition eminent domain department. I am currently President of Risner Realty Advisors, Inc., a full service commercial appraisal firm.
